Very nice place. Kind and helpful owner. Good to experience local life on the Island.

Scenery to die for When we arrived at our 4star hotel we couldn't believe we were stuck there for three nights it simply seemed awful. By the time we left we were making plans to return next year. This is a very religious island, no booze, no pigs, no dogs. And outside of the tourist hours no outsiders wanted really; we kept to ourselves during the islanders private hours the sidewalks are their front rooms where they socialized. Try to respect that. No uncovered shoulders or knees and definitely NO bare chests these things embarrass the local people it is very immodest to them. Do have a look at the temple it brings a strange peace. Our Host offered good food it is important to let him know what you like, the first morning we left a tray of eggs go to waist because we didn't want them............

The island is like everywhere in the world there are grubby people and clean people and on the Island there are some spaces that need a good clean busted up old boat and fishing gear never reused. At our hotel it was clean thankfully.

Being closer to the people of the country. It fulfilled our expectations.

Koh Panyee is a really amazing place, worth to visit. The owner is a really helpful person. The house is a typical local house (don't expect luxury), but it was really clean, and comfortable. Breakfast is included in the price.

Loved the tranquility of the place. Attending the local mosque was the highlight of our stay.
