"ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING โ€“ DO NOT STAY HERE (Health Hazard!)"

โš ๏ธ Filthy Rooms & Bloodstains: I cannot stress this enoughโ€”DO NOT BOOK. Upon arrival, the room was clearly not cleaned. I found alarming bloodstains on the bedsheets and dust/dirt everywhere. The floor was sticky, and the bathroom was utterly unhygienic. โš ๏ธ Rude & Unprofessional Management: When I brought the sanitary issues to the general manager's attention, I was met with extreme rudeness, indifference, and hostility. The manager did not care that the room was filthy, and staff treated guests with contempt. โš ๏ธ No Cleaning Services: The room was not cleaned once during my stay. It was a miserable experience that ruined my trip. Final Warning: This place needs a visit from the health inspector immediately. Please, save your money and your health by staying anywhere else but here.

"Worst Experience at Hilton"

Front desk staff made promises for early check-in and late checkout due to my flight schedule. The General Manager overrode those promises and charged me extra fees on top of it. No hospitality, no accountability, no apology. The Embassy Suites next door was a completely different experience โ€” warm, professional, and delivered exactly what they promised. Do yourself a favor and book there instead.

"An amazing with AMAZING staff. They were all so friendly."

The property was very clean, spacious, and updated. The staff were very friendly and genuinely seemed to love their work. We felt so welcomed and the complimentary snacks and water were a nice touch are our travel in town. Thank you so much to the staff at this property for making our staff wonderful.

There was nothing we did not like during our stay.
