My wife and have stayed at this hotel often before and/or after flights out of or in to the Philadelphia Airport. We especially liked that we could leave our car at the property and use their airport shuttle. Unfortunately, the decline of the hotel’s property and service means we’re very unlikely to stay at this hotel again. For a stay a few nights ago we experienced 1) no recognition of our Hilton Honors status, 2) no notification of the early breakfast schedule, 3) dirty lobby, elevator, hallways and room, 4) lights that did not work, 5) hair and mold in the shower, 6) poor water pressure and 7) empty pump soap bottles. I will not accept the poor conditions of this hotel just to take advantage of the parking and airport shuttle.

Keisha night shift front desk lady was the Best sooo nice so kind Great customer service. Amazing employee Shuttle driver at 10p was nice too

Everything was wonderful! The people were very helpful, the breakfast was excellent. Moe, who was preparing breakfast is great at his job! Seems like he really enjoys being around people. Damien at the front desk was helpful and also an excellent representative of this hotel.

Near Philadelphia Airport and next to a gas station and Cracker Barrel restaurant

First room given was dirty, empty whiskey bottle, dirty utensils. Room was exchange not perfect but ok. Lady at the front counter was disrespectful, manager compensated me with points. Breakfast less than continental, servers and workers cleaning before closing time
