The accommodations were good

My unit was not clean. I had to wash glasses and appliance had dirty cloth smudges. You can't used the same rag to clean every unit.

"Good room but noisy neighbors"

Decent shuttle from the airport. Beds were good. Large rooms.

Pool was cold The noise in the room from the neighbors was horrible. Could not sleep because of the room noise.

"Hilton, chooses to hoodwink their guests!!!"

We have stayed here in the past and really enjoyed it, but not so much on this trip. First off, there was hair in the sink and shower. Secondly, I remember the hot breakfast being really good at this hotel, but on Saturday morning we needed to leave by 6:15 and breakfast was only open from 7:00-10:00. That seems a little late to start breakfast to me. And third, we were charged $10.50 to park our car in a large parking lot, far from anything. This hotel is not in the city and there is literally parking everywhere. They never asked us for a license plate number, make or even a model of the car. Just added the charge on our bill. I called the hotel after getting home, because when we did go to checkout, the lady at the front desk asked us if we needed the shuttle to go to the airport. When I called, I asked what the cost was for the shuttle and she told me it was free for paying guests. So, the hotel bills guests who drive and park at the hotel, but provides a free shuttle to and from the hotel and airport. There are plenty of hotels in this area, and I can overlook a maid who might have been having a bad day and did not get our room perfectly clean, but I cannot and will not overlook a mainstay hotel, like Hilton, who fleeces their customers for a $10.50 charge, because you chose to drive your own car, instead of flying to the airport. FREE shuttle may arse, I helped pay for this, when I parked my car there.

The rooms and it's comfortable.

blood stain on extra set of sheets, breakfast was not good, got charged for parking without being told or notified
