"Check your invoice for parking fee."

I've stayed here twice in the past 4 weeks. Didn't have a car either time (was driven to hotel, used hotel's airport the following morning.) After first visit, saw I was charged a $10.50 fee for parking. Didn't notice until I got home. Called the hotel, had it removed. This second time, checked my invoice before leaving, and the parking fee was once again assessed. Went to the desk, and was told by the person working there that the parking fee is automatically assigned to every reservation, whether you have a car or not. This is very shady behavior. I won't be staying here again.

"Would never stay here again"

I like the location of it right off the highway!

The property was very very nasty. From walking in to see a nasty unswept lobby floor, to the nasty hand printed windows , nasty & dusty elevator doors, debris / trash right in front of my door. I had to switch to two rooms still was dirty

"Quiet stay, great location"

The decor and furnishings were fun and comfortable. The whole place smelled great. Great location with easy access to I-95. Fitness center had quality equipment.

Nothing to complain about, the property was very nice. However, I booked a room with a bathtub but front desk changed my room upon arrival and new room did not have bathtub. I was very disappointed as I was looking forward to soaking in the tub after a long busy day on my feet.

"Driver think he's Michael Jackson"

Airport parking in Philly is already the worst but this place was the worst of the worst. Driver thought he was auditioning for a musical or album, playing with his phone trying to find songs he thought he could sing. We had children in the van and he was driving way to fast. The driver had a nerve to ask me to leave a review.. Lastly on my return we waited about 45 min to an hour for our pickup as the phone number on the side of the van kept sending us to a recording. Well Sir here's your review. Never again.
