In generał we liked the place, especially location of it.

Well, when we entered the hotel room, the bed was unmade—it looked as if someone had just jumped out of it. There were no shower towels provided, and we found trash both in the bathroom and bedroom. When we raised the issue with the staff, expressing our concern that the bed hadn’t been made and the sheets hadn't been changed, we were told someone would come to clean and fix it. Unfortunately, that never happened. We ended up taking towels ourselves from the reception, as only a small hand towel was available in the room. Additionally, this was a business trip, and even after three months, we still haven’t received an invoice for our stay. We've sent multiple emails both to the hotel and to the external company responsible for issuing invoices—but nothing. No invoice, no receipt, no documentation, despite repeated promises. I’m sure there are better places to stay in Palermo where guests are treated with more respect.
