Fantastic location, beautiful apartment and the room, friendly and helpful host

Our shower overflowed with water and it filled the bathroom floor and even went into the room and no one came to clean it up for at least 24 hours.

The room looks pretty much like in the picture. Except way darker even with the lights on. The balcony and the view was the highlight of the location including the position.

A lot of things. Firstly, we had to wait four hours to check in. When the host arrived, he seemed like in the rush, hasn’t shown us properly anything and as a result gave us not functioning keys to the elevator. The service was non-existent, there was almost never anyone at the reception available for help, we were left with outdated food in the fridge upon our arrival, there was no sign to put out that we request cleaning and in two weeks there was only one cleaning when the windows were changed, of course no one told us in advance and we had to leave the property for four hours in a hurry. The sleep was uncomfortable due to broken bed rails, we had to take out our own trash and weren’t given any hygienic products only two set of towels at the beginning of our stay. If we wanted cleaning we had to announce it a day ahead for additional fee to the reception which most of the time was empty. To be honest, we were accommodated elsewhere before for lesser money but a whole better service. All these are just a few issues we experienced at the accommodations and we would not choose it again because it mostly caused us stress during our holiday.

Very comfy room in a perfect location. Nice staff, always very available through whatsapp. Overall really enjoyed my stay :)

High fee for late check in could be lowered, and the elevator was not working properly. Very central location means it can get noisy at night, be sure to have earplugs and it should be all good!

Truly amazing room facilities, stunning view from the balcony and an exceptional location!

It was a bit noisy since it is located on the main street, but generally I believe this is with every venue in the city and no a fault of the property! :)
