Just at most popular street of Palermo. Close everywhere. Superb and nice staff solving trouble. Elevator. Nice view. Bright room.

The terrace window is leaking of air and noise. It was February, so no problem after switching heating on but in the summer the street is alive al night long I suppose so may interfere with your dreams at night :)

We had a fantastic stay at this property. Excellent for a group booking. Location and facilities just great. Could not fault it! If we return to Palermo we will return here. The staff were also very helpful sorting airport transfers.

The location was absolutely perfect except the fact that it is a pedestrian zone full of restaurants. So you are in the centre of city life, and it's noisy until 3 am, just for you to know :) The room view is nice itself and the bed was really comfortable. Daryl was also very nice and tried to solve every issue.

The arrival was really hard: there were no details and instructions sent by the hotel on how to find it, which I think is the most important thing to do in order to make the arrival comfortable for the guests. Another thing - elevator didn't work that night by matter of luck (the issue was fixed be Daryl who works at the reception though, he just took my bags and delivered them to the 3rd floor himself). I couldn't connect to the wi-fi using the details on the paper in the room, this problem again was solved by Daryl with another wi-fi connection, but only the next day. I've been staying in the room for 6 nights, but there was no room cleaning service until I asked for that at the last day before my check-out, which is very weird for the hotel. Also there is an issue with the balcony doors in the room that can't be closed properly and causes even more noise from the pedestrian zone. The sheet wasn't clean enough - it seems that it has been washed properly, but it has some spots that just can't be washed anymore, and no one wants to throw them away because of that. The wardrobe doors couldn't be opened properly, which was annoying. Overall furniture in the hotel room wasn't in a good condition after all the guests, walls and chairs are quite unclean now. And the last thing is the shower, which is broken, so can't be switched to another mode anymore, also very sad. In general, I have a feeling that the hotel used to be a nice place when it has just opened - a pretty nice design, furniture and plumbing, comfortable beds, but no resources are being invested to keep it in a good condition.

AVOID! BED BUGS!! We were supposed to stay in the apartment for 5 nights, but we had to leave the apartment after 3 nights because we noticed bites on the body that were getting worse. We inspected the bed in detail and noticed bed bugs. We immediately contacted the guy at the reception and reported the problem, but he said to call the agency because he is not in charge of it. He was also not surprised and said that he had known about this problem before. In the meantime, we reported the problem to booking, which helped us to solve the problem. The people in charge of the apartment said that it was the first time they heard about this problem and that they would refund us for the two remaining nights, however, when I reviewed all the reviews in detail, I saw that someone else had written about this problem. I'm disappointed that they didn't offer us any help. In the end, I had to throw away all my things in order not to risk passing them on.

The room is very cosy, we liked the design. The beds were comfortable, a nice touch was the fact that they were made by staff each morning. Everything was very clean and there was more than enough space for two people to keep our things. The location of the place was very central, right at the heart of the city.

It was quite loud in the room, especially during the evening but it's understandable since the windows overlook one of the main streets in town - all the bars and restaurants are there and plenty of tourists. The washbasin was outside the bathroom - interesting design but not very practical. The hotel also charged us 30 eur extra for the late checkin - while I understand that there are certain rules, it seems a bit unfair to me, especially that we were only 40 mins late due to circumstances beyond out control.

Our family room and my sister’s room had some issues with the shower.In her room the shower head didn’t work so she could use only waterfall,in mine the fixing for shower head was broken.
