Eventing was parfect , the apartment is on Via Maqueda, which is the most popular street in the old town in Palermo where are all the resturants and bars! valentina was great Host !

The location of the apartment was very central and the room had a nice view.

However, the temperature of the room air conditioner was set very high and we were told that the problem could not be fixed. We were told that we had access to an iron, but 5 minutes after we got the iron, it was taken away because "it belonged to the other apartment". We were told that the room would be cleaned at least once, but that did not happen. There were constant problems with communication with the person in charge.

Excellent location, right in the busiest street in Palermo (via Maqueda). However, inside the building it's very calm and we don't hear the noise from the street. Room was huge, with one Smart TV (which always helps for the kids).

The only down side was the AC. It was not working properly and when we communicated with the hotel team, they said it is something that other guests already complained, but as it was weekend they could not send a technician, which felt weird, if other guests already complained, why not fix the issue before?

Fantastic location, with everything you need nearby. It's on a busy street so bare this in mind if you like peace & quiet. It didn't bother us at all. Quick check in & friendly helpful staff. The rooms were lovely & super clean. We had a double room and a family room. The family room had two bedrooms and was huge. Would really recommend staying here.

Good location

Terrible uncomfortable bed!! Hard pillows! Squeaky noisy old cheap bed. Old uncomfortable mattres! Really unbelievably bad! Then the bathroom wc was so small and in a corner, small sink no bidet. The shower was ok.
