Its location

The mattress was extremely uncomfortable. The “breakfast” was basically non existent. The A/C worked, but not well.

"I should’ve never been allowed to book the hotel given there was no elevator, and I was on the fourth floor. What if so"

Nothing

The elevator did not work and I was on the fourth floor. It’s understandable that mechanical things break but when I ask the staff when it might be fixed, their answer was I don’t know, its been broken for about two weeks now. What!!! Lastly, when I checked in, they told me coffee would be ready at 6:30 AM, but there was no coffee available till 7:20 AM. Day two when I went down for coffee they had made coffee, but it had run out. I got lucky on day three and there was coffee available.
