Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. L'emplacement et la propreté

Une seule couverture légère disponible alors que c'est l'hiver. Pas possible de se procurer une autre. L'appartement que nous avons vu au niveau de l'annonce (vue sur gran via) n'est pas celui attribué (vue sur les toits d'immeubles)

The location was spectacular and the views outstanding. The unit was perfect and very comfortable. But I have only two suggestion 1- TV needed to be bigger, very small the for the living room 2 -the sofas were beautiful but not comfortable at all and two small for the living areas.

The Charming Concept funciona muy bien, la gestión y comunicación es ideal. El alojamiento en sí tiene la mejor ubicación posible en Madrid, una estancia cómoda en líneas generales.

Desgraciadamente la cama se hundía un poco por el centro, al acostarnos dos personas se nota la inclinación hacía el centro. Después de pillar el truco más o menos pudimos dormir. Pero bueno, lo pongo como comentario para mejorar.

Solo la posizione , eccellente sulla gran via nel cuore di Madrid

Apartamento nimero1 purtoppo orribile! Stanza piccolissima , bagno con lavandino imbarazzante ( non riuscivo nemmeno a lavarmi la faccia) letto attaccato al muro senza comodini o prese vicine . Scomodissimo non lo consiglierei a nessuno La vista che ci è stata venduta era dall’alto si… ma nel retro della gran via Brutta! Le foto sul sito purtroppo mi hanno portato a sbagliare selezione , mi aspettavo altro, il sito ha foto di tutte le camere e le altre che hanno sono sicuramente migliori.. Non consiglierei a nessuno
