La ubicación es magnífica, y tiene unas vistas impresionantes, el personal muy profesional y contestan rápidamente a cualquier consulta que puedas tener, las camas muy cómodas incluso la cama extra, pues me preocupaba que fuera un sofá cama incomodo, pero todo lo contrario, era otra cama y cómoda también.

La verdad es que nos gusto todo, por decir algo que mejorar, el aire acondicionado del salón es un poco ruidoso, pero seguro es solo un problema de ajuste, no es nada grave, pero el alojamiento es muy práctico, unas vistas hermosas de la ciudad, perfectamente ubicado, y el personal muy profesional.

Que esta muy bien ubicado para poder estar cerca de todo y muy bien comunicado.

El ambiente del salón poco acogedor, echamos en falta unas cortinas o estores en las ventanas y un sofá más cómodo.

Excelente ubicación cerca de todo para hacer compras. Buenas instalaciones, lindas vistas y no se escucha mucho ruido a pesar de estar en plena Gran Via.

No reponian papel higienco (algo encontra para varios días de hospedaje siendl 4 pers), la ducha con poca presion de agua pero dentro de todo estaba ok. Un poco sucio el piso, habia pelos y pelusas, no limpiaron bien antes que lleguemos.
