It must also include the tenant’s habitual residence address (where they are officially registered) and state the reason for the rental. The address where the keys are delivered is different from that of the apartment.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Me dieron un apartamento que no era el solicitado. Aunno creo lo que pague por ese cuarto. No había donde poner las maletas, no entrábamos en la ducha del baño. No hay espacio para cocinar, la te no puede ser mas pequeña y la mesita apenas es para uno. Un desastre. La lavadora de la ropa también un desastre. La cama se hundía de un lado. Además el primer dia me quedé encerrada en el ascensor y hubo que llamar a emergencias..

La ubicación es perfecta para alguien que quiere conocer Madrid en su parte central. A minutos de Sol y Plaza Mayor Puedes llegar caminando a Alcalá Presencia policial en todo momento Cercano a Plaza España y Palacio Real

La cama era muy mala, se nota que ya se ha utilizado bastante, quedaba un hoyo al medio y somos 2 personas de contextura normal. Ascensores un poco viejos pero funcionales. Algunas noches con mucho ruido exterior, se entiende por la zona del alojamiento

The accommodation, located at the Callao Metro station, is easily accessible from the airport. Situated at the highest point on Gran Via, it allows for an easy stroll to Plaza Mayor or Paseo del Prado. On the 13th floor of the Palacio de La Prensa, it offers magnificent views of northern Madrid and the Sierra de Guadarrama. Well-furnished, it offers excellent accommodation.

Check-in management after 10 PM. When I booked, I requested check-in after 11 PM, and it was granted. Only later was I informed that this check-in is considered late and will not be handled by the agency, which handles check-in until 10 PM, but by a member of staff who would hand me the keys at the entrance to the Palacio de la Prensa. This finally happened, but I had to wait, even though I arrived exactly at 11 PM, the scheduled time, and had repeatedly reported my arrival, most recently at the Plaza de España Metro exit, a 15-minute walk from the Palacio.
