The location is very central and the staff is friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. The rooftop bar is nice!

The pictures are a bit misleading. Also, we did some laundry and our clothes came back still damp and smelling like humidity. Did not have time to ask for them to dry them some more.

Well located. Good value for money.

This was by far the worst hotel I stayed in in vietnam and in my life. The “sea view” is actually a Construction site view, that wouldn’t bother me much if the windows could close properly. The ceiling in the bathroom was dripping water. The air conditioner didn’t work. The wifi didn’t work. The breakfast was poor. The room was dusty, and worst of all, we sent our clothes to the hotel laundry service, it was expensive compared to vietnam prices, returned to us after 30 hours(!) smelling really bad and not properly cleaned.

The young man at the reception spoke English well and was very helpful. He recommended a great boat tour to Lan Ha Bay, which turned out to be one of the best experiences of my life. Breakfast was tasty, and the accommodation was acceptable. A table in the room would be really useful. We booked a room with a sea view, and it did have one—but the entire beach is a huge construction site, and it will stay that way until 2030. The noise from the street is very loud, even on the 5th floor. At breakfast, the young girl was very friendly, but she didn’t speak a word of English and wasn’t able to remember or manage the requests for the next day, even though they were explained with great difficulty. They mix up fried eggs and omelettes—understand them the exact opposite way. Even though I explained it, the next day they got it wrong again.

The room size and quality were what you’d expect from a 2-star hotel.

Our experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The shower in our room was broken, and despite going to reception three times, each time being assured it was fixed, it never worked. After an hour and a half of back-and-forth, we gave up. We also had an issue with the laundry service. It was promised to be ready the next day but wasn’t, which was a problem as we had an early departure. We were then told it would be done by 7 AM, but when I went to collect it at 6:50, there were no staff available. At 7:05, I was informed it would take another 30 minutes, making us late. The laundry was finally handed to me at 7:25, still damp, leaving us no time to properly pack. As a result, we checked out late at 7:45 and had to skip breakfast. Despite all these inconveniences, we were not offered any compensation or alternatives and still had to pay full price for the late and damp laundry. Additionally, loud music played at night, disrupting sleep, and while the hotel is advertised as being on the seafront, the area is currently affected by construction, significantly impacting the view (as shown in photo attached) and atmosphere. Would not stay here again.
