Thao Minh New Star Hotel

A fun and wonderful experience. The food served by the staff made me very satisfied, and the peaceful atmosphere was great.The toilet for me is a bit dirty, making me very uncomfortable. Hope the hotel pays attention

The experience of our stay was tainted in two ways - the primary being the extensive construction zone in what previously was the beautiful bay to which the hotel faces. There are major works underway to reclaim the land of the bay for further resorts etc. We came with the expectation of being able to sit at the roof top cafe/bar and enjoy water views over to the limestone karst islands of the bay to find only views of this extensive construction zone. The second problem was that the rooms which we were provided are internal rooms with no natural light - made the stay feel rather gloomy and depressing unfortunately.

There was a water motor in front of room because of that experience some noise for a while.

location was good, cheap place so keep in mind this place is okay value for money.

door handle broken in bathroom, shower head was broken, bathroom had mould, balcony was a joke, barely enough for one person to stand, sea view was more accurately construction site view, breakfast was okay but worst offering of my trip so far.

I took the speedboat from Ben Binh, the hotel is 100m from the port, very central location. Staff welcome enthusiastically
