Thao Minh New Star Hotel

The room has a beautiful ocean view, directly facing the sea without any obstructions. The staff are very enthusiastic and extremely charming.

Our room had an absolutely amazing view, overlooking the entire beach. The room's decor was a bit old, but it didn't affect the experience much since we spent most of our time exploring outside and only came back to sleep. I was really impressed by the delicious food. There’s a coffee shop on the rooftop with a breathtaking sunset view and great drinks. I even had two cups of avocado with young coconut. The owner up there was incredibly friendly.

The hotel itself is ordinary, nothing particularly outstanding, but I was extremely impressed by the staff. They were very enthusiastic and charming. Especially, I visited during a stormy day, and the hotel offered a 50% discount on the room rate, which was a huge plus and outweighed any minor flaws.

the hotel is old, it hasn’t had maintenance in years, is dirty. the bathroom was the worst part, full of funghi, and when you take a shower the water just sinks all the bathroom. the wifi connection is poor, and the air conditioner just stops working at random times

Room was very dirty. Leaking airconditioning. Sink almost fell off the wall. Mould on the ceiling of the bathroom. No daylight. Fridge wasn’t working. Stains in the bedding. Lot of noise in the hallway.

The staff were extremely friendly and helped me check in early at 11am. The hotel's location is a huge plus. From here i can walk everywhere. The food is delicious, the rooftop coffee shop has sea ​​view.

Everything is fine at this hotel from the price to the rooms and the food. What I like the most is the rooftop coffee shop, with a straight view of the sea, where you can catch the sunset. Quite fond of this place

Everything at the hotel is fine. The staff is enthusiastic and friendly. I was supported to check in early because I moved from Hanoi and didn't have to wait for the ferry. The food is very delicious and especially the room has a very beautiful sea view.

The room is spacious, the furnishings aren't brand new but they're adequte. The reception area is clean, and the food is delicious. The rootftop coffee shop offers an amazing view. I will definitely return.
