The staff, especially the front desk duo of Randy and Rachel, were exceptionally kind, helpful, friendly. Very good location. Quiet spacious room, comfortable bed.

The gym facility was a very tiny claustrophobic room with not much equipment.

As expected great for an overnight stop

Staff attitude could have been more polite

First of all when we checked in, they gave us the wrong room. It is not what I picked out or reserved. I reported it downstairs. They changed the room and they still did not give me what I reserved at this point. I was just tired and we just kept the room Because it was not the room that we reserved. We had to do some rearranging and the room was very dirty. If you ask me that’s in the hotels. The covers are really tight and straighten on one bed. I would not be surprised if they just pulled the covers up. It was all wrinkly And it wasn’t made hotel status. Shower did not drain very well. It was almost like you’re standing in standing water unless you stand all the way to the back of the shower. You can see down inside the drain and you can see just how filthy it was Some of the towels had brown stains on them even though they were clean. There was no courtesy soap I’m sorry there was some little small pieces of soap there. The ice machine was just totally disgusting. When I say disgusting. It was disgusting and back to the room the pillows They look like they were felt like they were pills from Walmart and like they were the cheapest pillows you could have gotten from Walmart. I mean it was ridiculous. I just filled the room wasn’t as clean almost like they just did a spot check and left the breakfast that was servedwas just mediocre. Honestly, don’t think I would stay in a choice hotel again you get what you pay for and I don’t even think I got what I paid for.

Good location. Decent property. Acceptable cleanliness. Breakfast was good for a budget hotel. Housekeeping is on-request and they didn't service my room after requesting. Carpet needed steam cleaning. I'll stay again to visit relatives in the area.

Very quiet

Moldy bathrooms, the bed was so low it was almost on the floor. The place smelled really old.
