Comfort Suites Tallahassee Capitol - University Area

when i got to the property there was no one there to check me in. I was standing in the front office for 45mins

A solid choice for the Tallahassee area. Easy to find fairly central location, easy check-in. Room layout is very business friendly with a sitting area and a desk set up. The property is a little older and some spots show wear but overall pretty clean and the staff was nice.

Location to restaurants is fantastic. You cannot expect to compare Ritza Carlton to Comfort Suites. It is however reasonable and delivers what you need to stay in the area. Complimentary breakfast is included which can save a large family the cost of having breakfast out.

I really enjoyed my stay, bed clean and comfortable. Friendly staff and common areas are clean.

Location is close FSU.

There was damage on the bathroom door and it smelled like animals.

Room was smelly , need more ventilation or fresh air into the room, staff were very good and kept everything nice and clean, it’s just no fresh air into the room, still a good hotel to stay, feedback is for hotel so that they work in this minor issue

Terrible check in experience. Had to wait 15 minutes for someone to come to the front desk to check me in. Hotel lobby was a ghost town. Tried politely calling out to see if anyone was nearby to work the front desk. Tried knocking on doors near the front desk. Tried phoning the front desk. Finally after 15 solid minutes of being stranded in the lobby at the front desk, someone appeared who apologized and said his manager forces him to do laundry when the front desk is quiet and he had no way of knowing there was anyone at the front desk.

Le réceptionniste est très bien on avait déjà réglé avec Booking mais malheureusement avec l'emprunte carte bleu l'hôtel a reprélevé. On avait reçu un SMS de la banque nous signalant ce prélèvement on a dû coup pu régler ce problème tout de suite et cela s'est bien passé. Le petit dej est bien fourni.

La chambre donnait sur la rue et toute la nuit un imbécile faisait le tour du quartier avec la musique à fond.

We stayed here while our daughter went through orientation at FSU. It is a perfect location for an FSU visit. Close but not too close.

You have to request housecleaning. Their claim is sustainability
