Location The bed was clean

The rooms are dark, humid, smell like urin, and I took 2 rooms, one for muvparents and one for me, and both smelled like that, very disgusting and unconfortable Breakfast did not look good, not may options. Egss cold and not atractive to eat. We had to go and have breakfast in another place. My parents stayed in room 110, and around 8-8:30 am, there eas some body pounding at the door asking for help in spanish. That looked very suspicious to us and very unsecure. Ee did filed a complain in the front desk.

"Terrible humidity smell "

I’m going to focus solely on the room we stayed in. It’s an old room that exudes an unpleasant smell and feels damp, making it quite uncomfortable to sleep in.

The pool was extremely hot all weekend. Management confirmed and apologized for the boiling water. We were not able to enjoy the pool all weekend.
