My room did not have a fire alarm on the ceiling

My AC unit was leaking the entire time I was there and no rooms to move me to.

Room was not cleaned, no towels when I asked for some I was told they were in the washer so I couldn’t shower, room smelled funny

Price and location. Was clean.

The smoke detector was missing in our room. Three holes in the wall of our room. The window had no shade....it was covered with wallpaper.

It’s very much so False advertising it looks nothing like the pictures the elevator got stuck the tile was coming up in the bathroom the tub had permanent stains the tv didn’t work the phone didn’t work when you tried to call front desk to tell them so when we went back down there she said we had 15 minutes to decide if we wanted it so I told her we was not staying there and please refund my card and she didn’t want to because she said I paid for 3 nights o I call Navy Federal immediately.Long story short please don’t waste your time if you coming in with your family

Smelled like smoke was dirty the a/c didn’t work

We could see visual mold on the walls on the pillows. There was rust all over all the metal in the room and it smelled like mildew three out of the four pillows had black mold growing inside of the bed covers.

My whole experience
