It was clean and the staff was friendly

The elevators was broken had to walk up and down three flights of stairs the ice maker on the floor was broken drink machines was out of order

Nice staff. Nice hotel for the money. Needs a fresh paint job but overall we were satisfied. Located in a good area close to shopping and 10 minutes from the beach

This place is a nasty rat trap with a surly power tripping witch at the front desk. Stained couches in the lobby just hint at what is yet to come in the rooms. The entire area around the hotel looks like it’s been up for days on meth. Everything about this place screams RUN AWAY. I stay in over 100 hotels a year around the world, and this one is so bad, I left after 5 minutes around the lobby. DISGUSTING. How they got Wyndham’s name on this run down litter box of a hotel I cannot guess. If you read this, trust me…DO NOT STAY HERE. It’s every kind of wrong a hotel can be, and should be torn down, bulldozed, and filled back in as the environmental waste site that it is, GROSS GROSS GROSS

Bathroom was amazing. Morning staff were very helpful and nice.

There was black mold on all of the lamp shades. Went to the front to let them know ask to change rooms. She was rude to me and I was told to go back to the room and wait till morning to talk to someone.

The air conditioner was ripped up and there were holes in the wall. We asked for another towel multiple times but they refused to give us one and made us wait even tho we were not given enough to start with.

Once checked not the hotel we got in not our room and looked out the window the first thing we saw was a syringe that was laying on the ground outside our window. This was never removed for the entire 5 day stay. The outside trash was changed after the 3rd night of us staying there. The first two nights it was running over the cans and was very tacky. The morning we got up to enjoy the complimentary breakfast, it was awful. The waffle batter tasted soured and the scrambled eggs looked like something out of a horror movie. The juice was so watered you couldn't tell it had much flavor... 1/10 stars for breakfast. The hotel didn't offer daily housekeeping and when you wanted housekeeping you had to request it. They had the option to bring down dirty towels to the front desk to exchange for clean ones. However, when you took them down there you would get grief about how they didn't ever have any towels. They would have to get them out of another room. One night, after going to the beach, I requested towels and the lady at the front desk tried to tell me how it was midnight....it was 8:12pm... and if I wanted clean towels I would have had to asked for them in the morning. The sign clearly said you must request housekeeping of your wanted housekeeping.... not towel service. After she argued with me regarding getting me clean towels she walked behind the counter and got me a clean set. I explained I can use the same towel for 2 days but washcloths are different. The next morning I asked for room service, the same lady was still working. When we got back to our room no one had been in the room to replace towels that she fussed so much about me asking for of a morning. When I wentt to the lobby to ask why I was told they didn't have housekeeping services that day. To be such a big deal the night before, but wasn't offered the next night.... how crazy! I was livid.
