"Worst Wyndham"

We did not stay. We showed up for our stay and checked in to a room that was overwhelmed with the smell of mildew. The hostess switched rooms for us to a higher level and that room has mushy floors. Felt as if the floors were going to collapse. Went back and expressed our concerns to hostess that we felt unsafe and unhealthy atmosphere. We then asked for a refund and was refused. I have reported this experience to the Wyndham team as well as hotel.com and my credit card company as so far this hotel has refused a refund to me even though acknowledging legitimate concerns.

"Fair but was ok thru booking.com year in advance"

Location was fine food was very little available they never even had salt or pepper for eggs no gravy for biscuits it was just poor

Again no salt or pepper eggs cold no gravy for biscuits and was there 40 minutes before closing

Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. Smelled like mold and smoke. My room was filthy and not healthy or safe to sleep in. My wife and I didnt even stay 10 minutes before we decided to leave. The receptionist refused to give us a refund and had a contact the manager who never responded to emails or answered his phone. We called corporate and hotels.com and are still without a refund.

The first night was good, but in the morning we noticed the toilet was broken. I called for maintenance, only to be told there was no maintenance, and housekeeping would check on the toilet when possible. I requested a room change only to be moved to a room that had not been cleaned in a long time. There was a strong odor of mildew in the room, cobwebs everywhere, burnt lamp shades, and dirt on the walls. I requested another room, only to be asked if I used the dirty room. After getting another room, we decided to cut our trip short, and leave in the morning. I asked for a refund for that night only to be told "we don't give refunds. I will never stay at any of these hotels again.

"Most Musty, Moldy, Mildewy, Motel in Mississippi!!"

This has to be the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. I'm surprise that Wingate by Wyndham would even allow their brand to be associated with this smelly, moldy, broke down establishment. From the moment I walked in the lobby I could smell the pungent odor of dirty carpet. As I walked to my room on the 1st floor I noticed many of the doors to guest rooms were open. When I got to my room and open the door, that's when it hit me. The smell of wet, moldy, mildew carpet. I'm very familiar with that smell because I'm from New Orleans and I've live through enough hurricanes and floods to recognize that smell anywhere. I immediately turned around, went back to the front desk and asked for another room. I was not surprised to find the room reassigned, right next to the original room smelled exactly the same. The only reason I didn't check-out was because an associated had already check-in a few days ago. As if that wasn't enough, I thought, well, at least I could enjoy the best amenity of the hotel, the jacuzzi bath tub. (That's why my associate booked the room in the 1st place.) After the nice relaxing experience in the tub I was ready to overlook the smelly rooms, until I tried to turn-off the jets of the Jacuzzi. It would not turn off. When I notified the front desk, they said maintenance was gone for the day. I had to find the access panel (which was in the bedroom) to unplug the motor. On top of that sliding door to the shower was didn't work. I couldn't wait to leave.
