Quality Inn Jacksonville near I-72

It was in a very convenient location. It was close to the interstate and close to gas stations.

The shower drain was clogged. I got to shower for about two minutes. I got dressed and went to the desk and no one was there. I decided to eat and wait for someone. When I came back to the desk someone else was waiting at the desk. We waited and I called the office no one answered. When we were leaving a man finally came to the desk. I told him about the drain and got back on the road without taking a good shower.

Absolutely nothing. Dirty.

The employee was very rude, when I came in she told me I had made 2 reservations that I didn’t do. Booking.com must have had a glitch, I paid online was charged by the employee a second time. I am now fighting to have my money returned for the second room that I never made arrangements for. While trying to figure things out on why or how this happened. The employee was very rude and got smart with me. She did not have very good customer service skills.

My toilet did not work and the man up front was very rude as soon as I walked in the door
