Quality Inn & Suites Sellersburg - Louisville Area

Biscuits were hard. Eggs were bland.

Close to expressway.

The Quality Inn was nice. Clean room well appointed.

The breakfast was terrible. Coffee out of a machine that hadn't brewed properly. Only thing for breakfast was bisquits and gravy.

We arrived at 1:45 pm and was told we couldnt check in until 3. I said, Your sign says 2pm He said, not today you will have to come back. We waited in our car over an hour after driving for 9 hours. Went back in at 3 and got our room. Now all I want is a hot shower. Forget it. I turned the shower on and climbed in. No water pressure, NONE! As for the hot water, I had to stand in there for 20 minutes to get warm water. I was not happy at all. My husband used the toilet and went to flush it and the chain on the inside of the tank fell off. So everytime we had to use the facilities we had to stick our hand in the back tank and pull the rubber piece up. After all that I wanted to relax and watch TV on the bed. Didn't happen! The lights in the room flickered the whole time they were on. We were so tired by then we went to sleep. The next morning we got up to swim and you guessed it. The pool was closed. No explanation. He said, No, No pool, closed!!! The only reason I stayed was the king bed was comfortable. My husband was exhausted and we were there for our God daughters wedding on Saturday. I would not recommend this place. It was not up to our standards and the gentleman that checked us in (I believe was the owner) was rude and demanding.

Good location, safe and clean.

comfortable bed. indoor pool. offered breakfast. fast food and gas station close by.

elevator location. could of been a little cheaper. small pillows but firm.
