"Won't stay there again"

Location

Facility needs updated. Pool closed at 8pm. No hottub. Electrical outlets were loose in the wall. Bed sheets were torn.

"definitely over priced for quality"

easy check in. asked for 1st floor room and was accommodated.

bathroom was gross. lots of water damage and needs some up dating. I was probably clean but looked very worn which made it look dirty.

I booked through booking.com for 4 guests, however, when I checked in the staff told me I had only booked for two. They Made me pay an extra $40. I was able to prove to them through email I arranged for 4. Beware of third party booking and Quality Inn’s system!

spacious room

was old and not up to date. no hot water for showers . when the door was closed you could still see in the hallway. I put the top lock on and a chain against the door.

Website said nothing of the pool being renovated at the time of our stay. Checked in, kids got suits on... pool closed. Couldnt go to a different hotel because non-refundable. Rooms outdated.
