It was a nice and comfortable room. Bed next to bathroom squeaked when my grandson would roll during the night.

It was a pet friendly room and smelt like dog. I sprayed air freshener all over

Well, first air conditioner was extremely loud the bathroom faucet leaked. I killed a roach at 2 AM in the bathroom. The luggage cart doesn’t steer needs work, and the manager did not seem to care one bit when I told him of these issues.

Very quiet room, 1st floor; bed very comfortable; room very clean; A/C worked great; simple check-in process. Unfortunately the b'fast experience was very lacking & detracted from the overall experience. The young man responsible seemed totally overwhelmed and unable to keep the hot dishes filled; always complaining; and it was only 7:30am. Mgmt needs to re-evaluate his abilities.

The smoke alarm needed afresh battery It chirped loudly all knight long When I advised hotel clerk ,he acted liked he could care less how annoying the chirping was Not very impressed

The light in the bathroom (the mirror light/ not the overhead light) did not work. There was an empty energy shot bottle in the corner of the room, behind the door. The towels weren't thick/fluffy and there was only 2. If the towels are that flimsy, there need to be more than 1 per person. The staff at check-in was VERY courteous. However, the process seemed to take longer than it should have. Breakfast hours were extremely limited - when we checked out at 9:30 on a Saturday, it was already over and cleaned up.

It was nice and clean. Everyone was very friendly.

pool closes early and opens late. we stayed with a group of 6 families, we hoped kids would have been able to swim longer.

the staff was rude. you can only use one payment type, no splitting cash/card. if you plan to stay, bring your own towels if you have children who want to swim because they will not give you any extra. and if they do, that’s all you get. they don’t give you enough wash rags for your whole family. the beds say queen size but they are not queen size, they are full or double at most.
