"Pay a little more for a better location"

The size of the rooms and the cleanliness

The traffic noise, the messed up door that has to be forced open, the warped tub with the needed up shower head, and the rusted appliances.

"Uncomfortable and will never stay here again"

Only thing I like was the young lady that checked us in and the room was cold and bed was comfortable.

The refrigerator was out, then the elevators went out and I'm disabled and had to walk up the stairs and had an asthma attack in the room. The guy at the front desk told us the pool was closed due to inspection but later saw visitors in the pool. Also the breakfast was overly cooked and the waffle maker was burning every waffle we made. This was by far the worst stay ever in life. When I called the front desk nobody answered but went down there and they were sitting there with headphones in their ears. Ridiculous
