Courtyard by Marriott Beaumont

We prepaid for breakfast, but the Bistro was closed for the day. No way to refund that portion of the cost. The room card worked at the room door, but none of the outside entrances. Stuck outside for 15 minutes (at 5am) trying to get in through any outside entrance locations to no avail. Young Indian customer service representatives asleep through the night, at her work station. I didnt mean to startle her several times during the morning. She was very friendly, just extremely over worked

Have to agree with the 2023-2024 reviews - terrible. An older property not properly maintained nor does it look like there is any adult supervision. Our first room had a rattling air conditioner. Our new room only had bath towels and no soap. Toilet made a racket. Hallways smell musty. Marriott really needs to intervene.

No hair dryer even though the front desk person dmsaid there was one in the room. No hot water.

After years of being a loyal fan of Marriott properties I was extremely disappointed to find this run-down, poorly maintained hotel in Beaumont, Texas. The staff is great…. professional, accommodating, and highly efficient. The property’s decor has been updated but unfortunately merely masks the loose/nonworking outlets, burned out lightbulbs, scarcity of towels, and (gasp) uncleanliness. Overlooking the area humidity and resulting musty smell, one can’t help but notice hallways that haven’t been vacuumed and the odd bug in the bathroom. There’s a fairly new Fairfield next door. Hopefully it’s cleaner and in better working order. Try it instead!

The shower didn't work no water. Hotel a little outdated. Since I booked on Hotels.com she said sorry but cant do anything for you! Won't be staying again. Room 304

Shower controls were backwards in my room. Shower had mold everywhere, roof had mold, multiple damaged, and broken areas of the hotel room.

The mold in this hotel is a safety hazard. Worst Courtyard I have ever stayed in.

Took an hour to check in, their cards we’re not working. We tried 5 rooms before the 6th finally worked. Make up stains and hair on the some of the towels by the sink.

Toilet overflowing with water everywhere and use toilet paper in bathroom with no extra.
