"Avoid this property"

I have never in my life experienced such a deplorable property. We were in the area for a wedding and this hotel had a block of rooms for the event. Every person that stayed, had a negative experience or had to change rooms. The front desk person was not helpful and condescending when approached about the concerns. Black hairs all over towels, infestation of ants all over bathroom, mold and rust in bathroom and other areas of suite, door to room that would not lock, electric outlets with no covers and wires protruding from them, mold and must smell when ac was both off and on that gave us each a headache and black bed bugs crawling on top of comforter and in bed. We ended up leaving at 2am and checking into the Hotel Arista for 3 nights. Thankful we moved properties. I would not recommend this property to anyone. The front desk person said it has many problems and is independently owned and not a Marriott Corporate property. I have contacted the corporate offices for Marriott in relation to my many concerns regarding this property.

There were several bugs found in the room (bedroom and bathroom). Bathroom was very old— faucet was bent and water drained extremely slowly. By the time I was done showering the water was way above my ankle. And a one night stay was over $300!

Location.

No daily housekeeping. There is no notice or information to say that you do not have daily housekeeping. I want daily housekeeping. Would prefer free breakfast. You have none. The day shift front counter staff is outstanding. Just what you want to see. Your evening/overnight staff had the personality of a pit bull. You need to check that out. She has no business bringing in hospitality. She is seriously hurting your business.
