Property is a little dated. Found the bathroom and sink area weren’t super clean when we arrived and just overall age and wear and tear in bathroom. Also had some issues with ants in the room even though we had no food in there. Staff were friendly. Bed was comfortable. Would stay again but definitely in need of improvement.

They tried to charge me $75 for a sheet because I started my period , they did refund it but it was embarrassing how it was handled and that I even had to explain , complain and write to corporate to get this refund

The rooms are typical Courtyard rooms. The beds are comfortable. The gym was flooded by a broken pipe so they gave me some points to compensate. It might be a while before it gets fixed. If you need a gym in the hotel you should call before you go to confirm it is repaired. The best part was the customer service from Molly, Emily, Victoria, and Clair.
