"Adequate room to stay for a night"

The surface was clean Water was hot with good pressure Bed was comfortable

It needs updated or a good deep cleaning. Not a good sign when pool has a sign that says closed by health department over a year ago and water is still in pool.

Overall clean.

The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. However, the hallways felt dated and somewhat unkempt, with noticeable dirt buildup along the baseboards. The room itself was mostly clean, though the wallpaper was peeling in a few spots. Overall, it wasn’t a bad stay, but at $178 a night—and with no breakfast included—it felt overpriced for what was offered.

Staff was friendly. Rooms were fairly clean.

I never received my $119, I was charged for a room change. And the GM never called me back about this charged.

Location was great.

Bathroom and room itself was not clean. Shower head was gross. AC leaks water onto floor. Carpet got wet near by AC. I booked a King suite with a sofa bed and we had a chair.

"Looks really good on the outside but needs some tweaks-especially regarding the food service."

Quiet location, friendly staff, comfortable bed. When, on check-out, I reported that the bathroom door wouldn't close there was a staff member there immediately to fix it.

Confusion about what the afternoon "Bistro" was all about. Supposedly it opened at 5:00. We went down at 5:10 and didn't find any employee. The flier in the room was vague and when no one came to help we had to go find a restaurant. We were tired and it would have been so nice to just eat on site. For breakfast I was initially told that we had to pay but then the man behind the counter called the front desk and established that we did get a free breakfast. However, they were out of yogurt and strawberries so the strawberry waffle obviously wasn't going to happen. It took 15 minutes to get my breakfast sandwich (which really was quite good). However, instead of being on a muffin it was on toast (out of muffins). The coffee maker in the room was broken and the bathroom door wouldn't close. As noted above, the repairman came immediately but it was just as we were wanting to get ready in the bathroom to check out.
