Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Brown Deer - Milwaukee North

We didn't like anything about the hotel. We checked out 20 minutes after we got the room and stayed at a different hotel. That's how bad it was. Never stayed out of Marriott so disgusting Marriott is a thing top-notch hotel, this place where the hell h*. N

Never again!! Rooms aren’t cleaned properly. I’ve stayed here several times and it has the nice decorations of the chain. But the pool has been closed for almost a year by the health department. The tiles in the hall of the rooms are so grimy. Elevator is old and outdated. It says it’s smoke free but it’s NOT. I like that there’s a gym, that part is nice. It has an elliptical, treadmill (tho the ceiling was leaking onto the treadmill one day) and a full set of dumbbells.

I’ve stayed multiple times at this hotel but this time was a deal breaker for me. They hadn’t emptied the trash in my room from the last person—there was an empty lucky strike container. And ashes on the balcony table. The grimy tiles near the door had someone’s footprints in them. I asked to move rooms—well the tiles are gross in every room just not all have footprints. When I was working out in the gym I had opened the door bc it was hot, an employee went outside and was smoking. The smoke filled up the gym. Then when I was packing up to check out I found someone’s vape pen and huge tweezers. Gross. I got a late check out and they told me to just tell the housekeeper about it bc they’d already given the assignments. When I went to check out they were so apologetic about her knocking on the door even tho I didn’t care about that, and promised to give me a discount and/or more bonvoy points. They have done neither. I felt so uncomfortable there the whole time.

It was an amazing experience. All of the staff were extremely friendly! Special shout out to the lovely woman at the front desk who helped me with my check in and Jarvis was so amazing at the bar. 10/10 would recommend coming here!!

I check in very late 10.40pm the lady the check me in was very friendly and she was working by herself till the morning My disappointed that was no breakfast But at least I got coffee

My stay was very good, no complaint's. The outside of the hotel was a bit outdated and the rooms could use some upgrades as well. But my overall stay was good.

I had a missing light switch in my room- meaning I could not turn off the light. The switch did not have a cover on it- it was just missing.I had to unscrew the light bulb to make my room dark. The breakfast person did not show up when I was there for a tennis tournament in town. Thus, I had to figure out an alternative plan early in the morning. I ended up not spending a second night at your hotel as I was very disappointed in it not being up to normal Marriott standards.

The bed was so soft and lovey

We loved the beds and the size of the room.

We didn't like that the pool was broken and there was no hot tub like in the pictures when we booked online , yet we still had to pay almost 300.00 for the night. Very disappointing.
