Courtyard by Marriott Rocky Mount

The breakfast menu was small and limited with options. Nothing to like!!!

Asked for handicap room due to husband's limitations. Only one grab bar in tub and toilet very low. The first room we had was still dirty. So, we were moved to another room with the same issues. After the night of struggling back and forth to the bathroom we checked out and went to another hotel. I understand that a remodel is coming for this location. It is very well overdue. Dirty marked walls dented and worn furniture, uneven floors, carpets worn out. spider webs in doors when going out on balcony. The smell and the list can go on.

Worst front desk customer service ever. The employee could not handle a simple invoice issue, hung up on me repeatedly, and ignored my calls afterward. Extremely unprofessional. If the front desk staff treated guests with the same effort they use to avoid answering calls, maybe problems would actually get solved. If someone cannot handle basic customer service without an attitude, they should leave the position to someone more qualified.

Overpriced, and staff was not helpful. Outdated rooms. Headboards was not even attached to anything they moved around.

Outstanding Hospitality – The Front Office Team is Elite! This is a great hotel, but the front office staff is what makes it truly spectacular. The entire team is an incredible asset to Marriott; they are professional, caring, and remarkably sincere. It is rare to find such a genuine, kind, and giving group of people in one place. They were absolutely accommodating from the moment I arrived and made me feel completely taken care of throughout my stay. If you value genuine guest service, this is the place to be. Highly recommended!
