Old and rundown

When I first got there it looked like a abandoned building the building is very ran down had roaches looks like the cleaning is very bad but I only scene three vehicles of rented rooms pool was closed and no mowing or weed eating around building

This hotel charged my credit card $70 on top of the $107 I paid for Hotels.com. The clerk was very rude, had an attitude when I called as I waited out front as the lobby was locked. No breakfast as stated on hotels.com and on their sign out front

Room was very dated. Pool was closed during our stay. The only reason we chose this one was because it had a pool.Thought the hotel was abandoned when we arrived due to all the weeds growing up around the property. Building needs a lot of work. The bed was at least comfortable and it was quiet.

Check in was different. Minimal conversation from clerk. Felt like we were an inconvenience. Lobby was closed at check out so we left the key in the room. Didn't want to bother anyone again.

It was cozy. Wasn’t noisy. Home feeling

We arrived late, around 2am. I rang the bell and when i recieved no answer I called the number. Shortly after, a man that I am assuming is owner/ operater came to the night window, when i picked up the phone outside to talk to him, he screamed at me to " Put the F-ing phone down" I was completely shocked. I just looked at him with total confusion because I was not expecting what he had thrown at me. Then he goes on to scream "You had a reservation for f-ing 2pm!" I did not have a reservation for any certain time, check in is at 2. It was late and it had been an awful day getting to that point and I just started crying. Ive never been screamed at in this manner. He screamed a few more f-bombs at me. And I said I would not be staying there. Then he called me a F-ing B and gave me the finger from the otherside of the glass. I walked back to my car and called Hotels.com and they were able to get me a full refund of the deposit I had made for the stay. The place was a total crack motel with peeling paint and garbage around the parking lot. I never saw the rooms but I'm sure they could not have been much better than the outside.

It was snowing and I had to pull off the road. Found this place. Night person was helpful

terrible room.. i had to sleep in my clothes on top of the comforter. then they tried to take a $100 deposit!! had to have my credit card reimburse me!!!

Costumer service was absolutely terrible! The check-in staff was very rude and inpatient, and he yelled at us. He walked up to the window and didn’t say a word to us. I told him we had booked a room online. He proceeded to stare at me and say nothing. I repeated myself thinking he may not have heard me, and then he yelled at me that he needed my I’d and card to have on file and that that was standard protocol. Those were the first words out of his mouth to me. The rest of the experience followed just as “pleasantly”. I also was never given a receipt for my stay showing my deposit. The room was fairly clean. Nothing terribly unexpected for the cheap motel in the middle of nowhere. It was bare basics with a bed and bathroom for the night, but costumer service turned me away for good.
