"Mountain Trip"

Check in was easy, and hostess was friendly. AC unit was very loud when cycling on. There were some gross stains in the carpet, and when I got in the shower, there was MOLD on the inside of the shower curtain. Gross! When we went in for breakfast, and to check out, a male clerk didn't speak, he just walked out the back door, and never came back. I just dropped my keys on the desk and left.

Rude owner, poor customer service, break poor, more worried about the nickel and dime of someone stealing stuff. Mold in bathrooms old and run down. for the price its bot worth it.

It was an awful experience. The room was nasty, full of bugs and the service was worse. The man that ran the business was very hateful, had an extreme body odor and did not change clothes the whole time we were there. The one lady that was there, one the other hand was very nice, but was scared to do anything, "in fear of retaliation" from the manager. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR ANYONE EVER.

Terrible place I would not recommend, the man at the front desk was rude, not even said hello. They charged me 20 dollars for pet fee, when I did not even have my pet in this crappy room. Walls falling apart and there’s even mold few in the bathroom. Horrible experience.

This was an old, moldy hotel near the interstate that seldom gets full. It was inexpensive at $78, if only due to no vacancy in Asheville. It had a breakfast of oatmeal, coffee, and juice. Keep driving.
