Withdrawn staff. Acted like I was bothering them. Maybe they were just worried about COVID

Toilet seat was broken, wallpaper falling off the walls, no refrigerator. Was no extra toilet paper in the room.

The wallpaper was badly peeling in the bathroom, there was only half of a toilet cover, room smelled like cigarettes.

Don't understand why the owner works in this type of business if he hates his job this bad. Rudest person I've ever personally dealt with. Will cuss you up and down if you ask a question at all. Don't know how this place is still running. Looks like a drug haven due to the people that walk in and out of there.

Check-in clerk had an attitude, gave smoking room to another guest and said” we thought you were not coming.” hotel room was in the worst shape! Bathroom had hair in tub and on sink area. Water in tub will not go down. Toilet didn’t flush- told the clerk his response was “cut on the water”. 1/2 roll of t paper asked can have another one he said he put extra one in there.... did not. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone!!!!!

I was very disapointed, first off this add said it has a pool and breakfast it did not have either staff was rude would not go back!!

I have stayed here before. The bathroom is always extremelydated and water stains. But it is usually clean and the beds are soft. This time. The bathroom was not so clean. There were hairs all over the bathroom. You can tell they did wipe it but I think they used the same towel so hairs transferred on walls etc. I didn’t even notice until next morning. Just checked beds before I went to bed. The beds were still clean and soft though.

The room was filthy. The beds were like a sway back horse. Wall paper coming down and dirty . Moldy bathroom and sink area toilet was rough and hinges were nasty. Carpet was nasty and stained. Room very dusty. Door knobs and light switches were dirty. The phone was dirty. Wash cloths were stained and frayed. I only stayed because I had already paid through Expedia and would not get a refund. I have taken pictures. I am not exaggerating. Please let me know how I can show them to you and the company that has their name on this place. I didnt dare go look at the breakfast area. This place should not be on any website. The pictures on the web did.not look anything like the actual room. The heater had one temp and speed. The man that checked us in was not friendly. This is the worst place I have ever stayed.

The lovely receptionist was so kind and helpful. The maintenance person was equally as gracious and helpful. The first room we checked into had wallpaper falling off the bathroom walls. The hvac unit didn’t work. The staff cheerfully checked into it and we needed to move to another room. The second room’s towel rack in the bathroom was broken and floors were gritty. The switch on the bathroom wall was broken. Bed was comfortable and tv worked though. This hotel needs some major work. The two staff members mentioned were absolutely helpful cheerful and really made a not so good facility worth stopping at.

No breakfast like it says there is ok rooms for the price
