The heat worked. The carpet is gross, the lobby and room smelled. The walls in the bathroom were rotting, wall paper falling off. The free breakfast has spoiled food and frozen milk.

The lock did not work and the head guy at checking was terrible and the breakfast was miserable and the wall paper was falling down

Worse hotel ever, wifi sucks, poor management, roaches and spiders, please look for another hotel to sleep at, telephone was dirty and didn't work, there was no towels, tissue, napkins, had burn wholes in the bed

This was my first stay at this chain of hotels. The lobby was very nice and modern. The attendant working the counter was nice but seemed more interested in the guys hanging out by the front entrance who were drinking. When we got up to our room, it "looked" really nice. On closer inspection, the room had black mold growing around the entire window. The wall paper was even peeling, exposing even more black mold. I didn't bother to switch rooms because the attendant probably wouldn't have cared and we were already unpacked in the room. We didn't eat the breakfast there, and when we checked out, I didn't even tell the morning attendant about the mold because she was very unfriendly. I did contact corporate, but I could only get a response through facebook and they said someone would contact me but no one ever did. I do not recommend staying here, even if the rate is good (which it was).

The guy at the desk was very unfriendly, no greeting, no information, no smile. To get ice you had to bring your ice bucket to the front desk then he handed you a very small pre filled bag that was sitting in the office freezer. Yuck. The breakfast wasn't what you've come to expect- basically packaged oatmeal, small muffins and pre packaged fruit cups. The bathroom obviously had had leaks and they painted over the warped walls. Hot water must have traveled miles to get to our shower.

Staff was rude . Toilet kept running all night and notified front desk. He didn't say anything about it. The continental breakfast was awful. There was a swiveled up apple left and nothing to choose from. I would never stay there again, nor would I recommend any friends to stay there. Worst experience I ever had. The owner needs to get a personality.

I can see how the receptionist might come off as rude, but really he just wants to work quickly and efficiently to get you situated. Within 5 minutes of getting to our room, he came by and gave us a set of key cards for the room next door, saying that the TV in our current room wasn't getting a signal. He brought me an extra towel for the third person in our party when I asked. The next morning, he saw me admiring the roses he'd grown outside and told me to take one. He saw that I was traveling by motorcycle, so he very quickly made a travel box out of a water bottle to keep the flower safe in my saddlebag. Room: quiet, away from the street, bathroom fan is kind of loud. At first glance, the bathroom might look dirty, but it's really just the walls and ceiling that are old, and paired with old lighting.

They gave our room to another person during our stay. Then they came in and saw that we didn't have luggage there and told the front desk that we have checked out which we had not. As we were unsure about the area we were staying in we didn't feel comfortable leaving our luggage there so we took it with us during the day. We packed it and repacked it when we got to the room.

The owner was very disrespectful and nasty, he was using profanity at me and saying that I had someone else in my room and wanted to charge me extra money for nothing, this hotel needs to be closed down because it is filthy and the owner is a nasty man, saying he don't give a f--k and I could leave, if it was the president he would do the smell, I was never so disrespected, I will never ever stay at this nasty hotel again.

The desk clerk was very rude and yelled at me and told me to listen when I clearly have a hearing problem. I would not recommend this to my worst enemies. I would not even stay there after being treated like that.
