"Perfectly serviceable motorway stop "

This is a perfectly serviceable hotel option on the M62. Rooms are clean, bed is comfortable and Wi-Fi works Only disappointment was the £5 charge for parking - which is in the small print but should really be in the room rate given everyone brings a vehicle….

Not happy that we were charged £5 for parking then after paying £20 for breakfast never got it because it wasn’t served at six as stated in the advert it started at seven so we didn’t get breakfast asked for a refund still haven’t received it.

The hotel needs a refurb, but that’s where the negative ends, the staff in reception are fantastic and can’t do more for you, the housekeepers work hard and room was clean and spacious! Could do with extra towels in the rooms

Small hotel on M62 needs a little love and leadership as it could be great. Beds are great and firm and the rooms are spacious. Breakfast is served next door in the main services. Those I come across In the hotel all seem friendly and really helpful

Stayed here a couple of nights while on business, the woman at reception was very welcoming and checked me in swiftly. Not a luxary hotel but customer service makes you feel that way.
