"Work trip"

Old and in desperate need of some investment but it was clean and comfortable during my visit. Rooms was spacious. It just needs little touches thay would go along way. New curtains and chairs would make a huge difference. Alll team were very friendly

There was an issue with payments going through as we used a third party. A lot of undue stress, having to sort it out for both stays when the emails were asking for payment again. Maintenance was needed to refit the handrail twice. The staff were lovely, friendly and welcoming. The room was clean.

"Never again!"

Worst room I’ve ever stayed in. Pure filth! Lazy cleaners, always having fag breaks! No wonder no cleaning gets done! The two evening lady receptionists are fab. The girl in the mornings needs to have an attitude check, more engrossed with her phone! Who manages this place!! There ought to be a warning sign on the entrance!!!!

"Second visit"

Started off a little rocky this stay as they couldn’t find my booking. However it ended up my work booked it under the wrong name. Once checked in the room was clean and comfortable, looked like it was given a a good luck of paint new curtain and carpet since my last visit. Smelt fresh.
