At the price point a very good option to take a break on long journeys, very close to Leeds, Bradford and Huddersfield

New rules only one bath& hand towel yet 2 people in room . No spare pillows . Room we were in with a dog is nearest to the actual services & M62 .

"A filthy dump"

Mugs and spoons in the room were filthy (changed at reception) No soap in bathroom (went to reception to get some) Sink blocked (reported but ignored) Chair seat filthy Carpet filthy An extra £5 er night to park your car if you did not book directly Breakfast at All Day Breakfast next door - the cheapest cutlery imaginable - filthy chairs A dump. Wake up Welcome Break, cheap does not have to mean poor quality. You do not need a review to do quality control.

Room was clean but dated. Room booked for 3 people - one cup and one set of towels. Location good for the 1 night stay we needed. Would use again as a stopover

I have stayed in many motorway services. But tonight I had the pleasure of talking with MICK on reception.... what a cracking guy and a true assist to the company. Room was as expected clean tidy and fully stocked with what you need ..... .......

"Helpful and friendly"

I was greeted by Mick behind the desk. He was upbeat helpful and knowledgeable. I then went to my room and the keycard didn’t work. Went back down and he came up and made sure I could get in. In the room has all you need although it’s basic it Was clean and all I needed and want. I travel a lot and these rooms are ideal. Just need a place to crash not have a spa and the likes :-)

£5 PARKING CHARGE IF YOU BOOK ON EXPEDIA comfy bed. Clean room. Staff polite but only one person on site. Low rating due to new practice of charging guests parking unless you book through their own website.

"Basic, clean, friendly"

As always, this hotel is among the friendliest. It is basic, but cheap and I don't like paying for luxuries I don't need when travelling for work. The beds are comfortable, the bedding clean, the rooms clean, the soundproofing and the WiFi are good. And, as I say, the staff are super-friendly. Andrea on reception looked after me very well this trip.
