"Not clean"

Absolutely horrid room Uncomfortably not nice bed Dust covered over cabinets/ door frames/ all visible without even looking for it ! Awful Floor in bathroom rotting Bath tub rotting and rusty Just not a nice room at all

Property needs a good refurb, however bed was clean! £5 a night to park! Considering it was just off the motorway at a service station no noise could be heard overnight!

"Comfortable stay"

Quite in the rear side of the hotel, comfortable bed and room. Friendly service, please book with the hotel directly for free parking, if not then there is a charge for parking each day! Payable at the hotel in the services.

"Untidy room"

Upon checking into my room, I noticed several issues that I feel need to be addressed: 1. There is a noticeable musty smell in the room. 2. The bedding appears to be inside out, which raises concerns about cleanliness. 3. There is no mattress protector on the bed. 4. The tissue box is not only empty but also dirty. 5. I found someone else’s hair in the bed, which is unsettling. 6. There is hair around the kettle, which is unhygienic.

"A Bargain Rate"

A curtailed three night stay post Christmas to attend a football match which was postponed, so I went home a day early. A great rate for a room warm and cosy.

Nice and quite place got easy parking smooth check in nice big room had heating a fan hairdryer handwash body wash but no shampoo water was nice and warm so overall very good stay
