Great night sleep

Adequate, excellent staff.

Our tv was broken they said they couldn't change it if we wanted another one we had to change rooms this was 8pm at night also my booking said free breakfast included but they said it wasnt breakfast included so we had to go without food room was quite dirty and some lights wernt workings

Great place

Very noisy, dog hairs in the carpet, dirty, unpleasant and unhelpful day staff.n I asked if I could use an iron and was told that there were none available, some rooms have them and some don't. I then asked if I could use one from an empty room, and was told no, as they were fully booked. People were checking out whilst I was waiting and having these conversations. Good customer service would have been "there are done available at the moment, but I'll bring one to your room if I come across any of those who have checked out" seemed like too much effort, the attitude was very poor.

Rude staff who barely spoke in arrival and then spent the rest of his time with earpiece in shouting in his phone through the night. Room stank of mould bedding was filthy, beds broken,bathroom was awful there was a wet patch on floor so I wiped it up with tissue bright yellow :orange so clearly was fresh urine . No cleaning had taken place except hoovering and poor attempt at remaking bed. We stay at lots of days in an and are members however this one is way below company standard ,room opposite had plumes of cannabis smoke coming from under door which made the whole place stink. Different staff in the morning who again didn’t speak at all despite us saying morning twice. For the price I dont expect luxury but do expect basic cleanliness and this time days inn did not meet this at all

Hotel staff very friendly and welcoming. Extending my stay was an easy process. The room was clean and quiet. Would definitely stay again. The service road was a god send and gave access without using the motorway. Bed was comfy and clean towels. Use of microwave and toaster in reception too!

NO HOT WATER in the morning 😡

Check in very good. Check out much poorer. Room dilapidated (TV remote control held together with sellotape, bed mattress past it's best and sofabed seat very poor). Black mould around bath. Shower nice. Kettle good. Room peaceful and dark at night.

This is a very conveniently placed hotel for us to use, and one we've used many times - Which tells you everything you need to know really :) Great staff, very clean, and very comfortable beds :)
