"Reasonably Good "

Got clobbered for £5 parking charge. It’s a service area. A car is needed to get there. Booking direct means no charge.

For £40, we can't compain. But be aware you are charged £5 car parking on arrival if you book on expedia. There were used contact lenses on the floor of the room. The walls were peeling.

There is a service road very handy in case you need to go down south. The hotel is clean, friendly and helpful staff. I did not get any names, but everyone was lovely. I had a very good night sleep, the mattress was comfortable. Clean sheets and fluffy towels. Will stay again. Thank you Days in for a good stay.

"By far one of the best stays in a Days Inn"

By far one of the best stays we had in a Days Inn. The staff were very nice, and it was very clean. Very quiet considering this hotel is on the motorway M5. We recommend to anyone, that are in the area. Also being on the service area it is a benefit as you can always have something to eat just 2 mins away.

"Rest stop."

Room was clean and comfortable. Welcome was excellent. Only negative was advertised as free parking and when I got there was told I had to pay £5 parking. 'It's new, they've just brought it in'. So was disappointed with that. Should have challenged it but was too tired, so just paid. Still being advertised as free!

Ideal for my needs. Bed was a little tired ( I am used to a firmer mattress). Reception staff excellent, could not have more helpful.
