"Ok for the $$ but definitely needs upgrades, and there is NO ELEVATOR."

The hotel was ok, and the staff was very friendly. It was very centrally located to pretty much everything, in the city so it made in easy and convenient to get everywhere. Breakfast was the typical hotel breakfast.

We got there at 5pm-ish, and the rooms still weren't turned over from the night before. The bed was very uncomfortable. No hot tub. It was ok for the $$ but definitely needs upgrades. Oh, and there is NO ELEVATOR. Never been to a hotel, with multiple levels and no elevator.

"Need a refund. You can see I stayed on Friday night 5-2-25"

I stayed Friday night and not Sunday night. Two families had to share one room on Friday night. This was supposed to be refunded and was not refunded. I have tried several times with no communication.

I didn’t stay Sunday night I stayed Friday. Ight and paid for both nights. I was supposed to get a $175 refund.

A little older hotel. Clean enough . Be ready to climb stairs- there’s NO elevator to 2nd floor! Hot breakfast was not so hot. But I got a good rate through Expedia so it was ok.

McCook is a very nice Town I was very impressed with the nice Beds and Pillows and the Quiet location! Staff was very helpful plus the provided Breakfast was well done especially liked the Waffle Making machine!

It was clean and comfortable. They had enough towels so we could shower.

They advertised a hot tub, and there was not a hot tub, just a pool.
