The staff was friendly. The room was clean. The bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. The shower was hot or cold, no in between. There was decent water pressure but it felt like needles coming out of the shower head.

Breakfast was very disappointing. I went to breakfast at 7:30. The eggs were nothing but little crumbs, the gravy was watery. I still gave it a try, little scoop of egg, s biscuit with a spoon full of gravy. When I took a small bite I noticed a long black hair on the plate!!!! I don't have black hair! I threw the mess in the garbage.

I had a very unpleasant stay at this motel. The lady at the front desk was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I needed assistance late at night, she told me not to press the help button because she was sleeping inside and didn’t want to be disturbed. She even made a threatening comment about letting go of me from my room if I did. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially in the hospitality industry. When I went to inform her that the plugs in my room didn’t work, she dismissed my concern, saying, “Those are add-ons; they will not work.” It was extremely frustrating, as basic amenities like working plugs should be standard. The room itself was in terrible condition. The turntable inside the microwave was broken, the plugs didn’t work, and everything felt outdated and poorly maintained. It’s clear that this motel needs serious upgrades and better customer service training for their staff. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Spend your money somewhere else where they actually value their guests.
