The manager was exceptionally friendly and helpful. He served breakfast early when he found we had a meeting at 7:30. The last morning there was an elderly (87 yrs.) gentleman using a walker. He helped him get breakfast and then tried to help him get oriented to where he was wanting to go. The man probably should not have been driving at all and more so by himself. What a great manager!

-dirty towel on back of bathroom door -no hot water (and no discounts offered) -had to carry bags up flight of stairs which was fine except when we were leaving (storm the night before) we had to navigate around water filled trash cans in the middle of the stairs set out to catch water
