Great breakfast and coffee

Breakfast was great with alot of choices. Easy to navigate

Breakfast open till 10am would be nice. Vending machines did not offer water/juice machine, only sodas. Vending machines only accepted coins and $1 dollar bills. Had to go to front desk twice to get change.

I gave the hotel an OK stay because checking in Nobody was there at the desk to check me in and the manager was sitting in his office and called someone to check me in. Then my room didn’t have a remote to be able to switch back-and-forth from TV to cable and the front deck lady said she would get me one but after 5 days I never had one so I had to get up and change it every time.Then in the middle of the morning, turned the water off to work on it without letting the guest know that the water was going be turned off right in the middle of my shower, and then this morning I went down for breakfast at 8:30 and they were out of eggs and sausage and yogurt, not prepared at all. I will not be staying here again. Other Quality Inns maybe but not this one in McCook. And the website shows a picture of a hot tub that is not there anymore. False advertising. Shame on you Quality Inn. Rooms were fine and clean.

Put my “do not disturb” hanger on the door but they still came in and cleaned my room even though I didn’t want any towels or anyone in my room while I stayed there because it was kind of a sketchy hotel. When I asked the manager why they came into my room he said, “I told them not to go in there,” and shrugged.
