"Will not stay again "

I’m being nice when I say it may be a 1 1/2 star. Bathroom needs remodeled all together. Bed was ok.

"Charge for service dogs"

Be careful they actually charge more for a service dog. What they do is charge $20 for a regular dog. No cleaning fee. For service dogs they have no dog fee, but they charge a $25 cleaning fee. Sneaky people.

They seem to be trying to make the best of a bad situation. We checked in and within five minutes we walked out and found another hotel. Just older and not well maintained. And no breakfast.

Owner operator was not nice. Was hvin a small check in problem with staff on duty. Owner came to help and made that whole experience unbearable.

They do not serve breakfast but they advertise continental breakfast. Disappointed. Room was clean. Air condition didn’t get real cold. Staff was friendly

Took an hour to check in because the lady had her music up and couldn’t hear me. Then my card demagnetized and their front desk was closed so I couldn’t get into my room. You could not pay me to stay there again. Still waiting on a refund for the night I couldn’t stay in my room.

"False advertising "

Will you get what you pay for. So can’t complain about the hotel that much the main issue I have is that the hotel has on there websites and hotels.com does to. They advertised a full breakfast and when I asked at check in they said they don’t have breakfast. I’m fine if you don’t have it but don’t advertise it. That’s one of the decisions I used to pick the hotel so if you don’t have breakfast or anything else don’t advertise it. Thank you
