"Awful is an understatement"

Upon opening the door to the hotel, I was met with an awful stench of cigarette and marijuana smoke. We had a non-smoking room and happily it didn't smell like smoke, but it strongly smelled like BO as my wife put it. The room was very outdated and dirty in a way that no cleaning will ever resolve. This room was absolutely unacceptable. It is still mostly closed for COVID despite all other establishments in the area being open (had to check-in via the night window and wear masks in the hallways) and it appears breakfasts are probably non-existent. We will not find out because despite our reservation being non-refundable we left and got a room at the nearby Comfort Inn. Immensely better. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

I stay here often the only thing that bothers me is that the lobby is STILL closed due to Covid. That means even if it's freezing outside you have to stay out there until checked in. Also no breakfast due to the lobby being closed. Other than that no complaints.

"Nothing special"

My wife and I stayed here recently and were let down at the general condition of the property. The front desk/lobby area was completely closed off. The web site and TripAdvisor advertised free breakfast but that amenity was mom existent. There wasn't anything blatantly bad just generally run down and in need of a facelift. Our room was clean, the area was generally quiet.

"NOT a place for families"

Upon arrival to check in, the smell of marijuana opening the front door was so overpowering that it made me and my two daughters (age 5 & 15) choke. The inside halls had a very musty smell. The linens on the beds seemed like they had not been cleaned, there was hair all over them and what appeared to be blood stains on the bed skirts. There also did not seem to be any free breakfast as advertised. I would have completely stayed at another hotel if I was able to, but $85 for those conditions was a complete rip off and I should have gotten a refund or atleast a discount.

Room #201 The sheets appeared to have some staining on them, the hallways smelled weird, the bathroom floor was cracked, and the receptionist guy was short and rude. Not only to me but to the lady in front of me as well. And what the hell is up with the small ass square pillows they give you?? Why do you all not have normal pillows?!

"Horrible!"

Booked on line to attend a family funeral. Arrived two hours later. Saw the condition of the motel and immediately tried to cancel. Would not let me cancel because they stated they had to have a twenty four hour notice, even though I had only made the reservation two hours before. The place was so dirty with questionable people hanging around that our family left anyway. Never again will i book at this motel.
