"Terrible! Chose a different place! "

Business trip. Definitely will not stay here again. From check in to the time we left it was horrible! Check in is done through an exterior window. Upon entering the property it smelled terrible. Once getting to the room it didn’t seam bad until we went to use the bathroom. There was no toilet paper & the water barely came out of the shower head. They are not offering breakfast. The list could continue.

"Needs Improvement "

This hotel was very disappointing. The rooms were tidy, but the hotel desperately needs to be renovated. There is no breakfast offered, very limited housekeeping services, the fitness room is closed, no business center, and the lobby is completely closed. There are much better options in the vicinity.

"Need to upgrade."

Hotel doesn't look like the pictures. It needs a major upgrades. Carpet not vaccumed, no batteries in tv remote, shower wasn't clean it had hair all in it.

"The place is a dump"

Smelly room, stained towels, mold in the bathroom, stay away from this place. Very outdated, dented refrigerator, it's comical that this place would be able to charge $75 for a night. It looked more like a place that you could rent by the hour.

"Roaches and bed bugs! "

Room was TERRIBLE! there was literally a roach walking on the bed and one of my sons found bedbugs. The refrigerator smelled like someone died and we were unable to use it to store our food. We threw everything out! I tried calling to get a different room, but the attendant disappeared and no one answered the phone! I literally sleep on a chair, took a shower the next morning and left. I again called the front desk at 9:30, no answer. I went to the front desk to speak to someone about the room and again, there was no one there! I left a note in the key folder, which I am sure went in the garbage. I paid $87.00 in cash for roach, bed bugs and to sleep on a chair!! Terrible, terrible, TERRIBLE! It’s embarrassing to think this is a Wyndham brand!

There was no breakfast. The room had a stuffy-mildew smell and the ac didnt stay on consistently. Beds were fine, but no services available just a night clerk through a slot.

Although the staff member I encountered initial approach was friendly , his attitude changed when (1) I unfolded the the folded registration form so i could read it better, and (2) I initialed within the circle he had drawn around the 3 lines he wanted me to initial. He seem to have taken offense to this action , he acted like I had created a major catastrophe by not initialing the 3 lines individually. He copped an attitude when I stated I saw nothing wrong with placing my initials within his drawn circle covering the 3 lines . Instead he made some kind of comment that I would not do that when signing a contract. Instead of offering to redo the registration form, he decided to tell me , he would refund our money and we could find another place to stay. I told him if he did that I would report him to corporate . as he was stating this, he had walked away from me and was head back to , I have to presume, the office . I stated my displeasure on how this was being handled , and he made again the statement about refunding our money and find another place to stay. I repeated the statement about reporting him to corporate and he then threatened to call the police on me. i told him to go ahead. We ended up with getting our refund and NOT staying at this Days Inn. First hotel have been to that made me feel I did not want to stay at, even prior to meeting staff.

Bed bugs but me all over. Went to desk to complain and show them bites. Desk associate told me to go catch the bugs and bring back to desk if I wanted refund.
